 A reflection: I worked in Aviation for several years and my current leader worked in Energy. As a Learning and Development professional, I see real value to having a role in a highly regulated industry for a period of your career. It hones your judgement and provides working analogies for considering current problems from several angles - as well as getting to the root of an issue swiftly.
